Shipping & Returns

Online orders are shipped Monday through Friday from 10.30 am-5.00 pm, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, provide all address details, including apartment/suite/unit number. All orders will include a tracking number. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Orders that cannot be received for whatever reason will either be re-shipped (at the customer’s expense) or cancelled.

 

Please note that our locations are not responsible for any loss and/or delays of products following shipment from our locations to the shipping address. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling an order.

Estimated shipping times do not include customs clearance and is not responsible for any additional duties or taxes. In the case of refusal, the recipient will still be responsible for any shipping fees, taxes and additional customs duties.
